- • As an Associate Technical Customer Support Specialist at Fleetio, you will be the first point of contact for customers using the fleet management software, providing basic technical support and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues.
- • Day to day, you will serve as the primary contact for tier 1 support via phone and email, investigate complex software issues, collaborate with Support Specialists and engineering teams to escalate problems, and continuously improve support processes through workflow enhancements and documentation updates.
- • Fleetio is a modern software platform helping thousands of organizations manage fleet operations, backed by $450M in Series D funding and a founding member of the Rails Foundation, with a strong culture of innovation and customer success.
