- • As an Associate Technical Success Manager at New Relic, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers maximize the value of the company’s observability platform, directly contributing to revenue growth and customer success in the Commercial segment.
- • Day to day, you will develop deep expertise in New Relic products, partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities, execute proof-of-concept and pilot engagements, resolve technical and business issues for customers, collaborate with cross-functional account teams, provide product feedback based on customer needs, stay current on competitive landscape, and build executive-level relationships to foster customer advocacy.
