- • As an Associate Territory Manager for Retail at Epicor Software Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling Epicor’s Retail solutions to prospects within an assigned geographic or vertical territory. This role is critical to expanding Epicor’s market presence in the retail sector, where your ability to understand complex business needs and align them with Epicor’s ERP, supply chain, and CRM offerings directly contributes to helping retailers modernize operations, improve efficiency, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and developing your sales territory through strategic prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity pipeline management; planning and executing targeted sales campaigns to engage retail decision-makers; collaborating closely with solution sales and professional services teams to deliver tailored proposals; conducting discovery meetings to uncover business requirements and pain points of prospects; negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close deals; maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and reporting; participating in marketing events and providing field insights to inform campaign strategy; nurturing third-party relationships that support sales efforts; and undertaking some travel to engage with clients and attend industry events as needed.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise software sales within the retail industry, sharpen your consultative selling and negotiation skills, and gain experience managing full-cycle sales processes in a B2B environment. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into a seasoned Territory Manager or explore internal mobility paths across sales, marketing, or customer success, supported by Epicor’s investment in your development through mentorship, training, and access to resources like LinkedIn Learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of sales success in a BDR, Inside Sales, or field sales role, preferably within the ERP, supply chain, CRM, or retail technology sectors.
- • Demonstrated ability to sell complex business applications to technical, IT, and business stakeholders, including senior management in retail organizations.
- • Strong understanding of ERP markets and retail business operations, with preferred experience in retail-specific software solutions or industry workflows.
- • Excellent opportunity qualification skills, with the ability to quickly identify key decision-makers and strategic priorities for new projects.
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated sales success may be considered.
- • 3+ years of applicable sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas and building long-term client relationships.
