- • Associate VHA Documentation Specialist role focused on documenting organizational processes during a re-organization to ensure smooth adoption and minimize resistance to new systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures for a finance organization, analyzing business processes, technology, and organizational structure, creating leader/employee handbooks, and mapping process flows for approval and communication.

- • Experience documenting processes for organizations undergoing re-organization
