📋 Description

• Associate VHA Documentation Specialist role focused on documenting organizational processes during a re-organization to ensure smooth adoption and minimize resistance to new systems.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures for a finance organization, analyzing business processes, technology, and organizational structure, creating leader/employee handbooks, and mapping process flows for approval and communication.
• Part of Trilogy Federal, a company delivering innovative solutions in financial management, healthcare, and government industries with a client-first approach and rapid implementation of pragmatic solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience documenting processes for organizations undergoing re-organization
• Knowledge of analyzing business processes, technology, and organizational structure
• Ability to develop standard operating procedures for finance organizations
• Skill in creating leader/employee handbooks and process mappings for approval and communication flows
• Experience assessing impact and stakeholder readiness to achieve project goals
• Preferred: Local to DC Metro Area for potential ad hoc onsite work
