As an Associate, Web Applications Support - Unilingual, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and user satisfaction of our critical external and internal web applications.
- • This role is central to maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect. You will be the first point of contact for users encountering issues with our web platforms, providing timely, effective, and accurate assistance. Your responsibilities will span across handling a variety of user inquiries, meticulously troubleshooting technical problems, and expertly managing user access permissions across our diverse suite of systems.
- • Your primary objective will be to contribute directly to delivering an unparalleled client experience. This involves not only resolving immediate issues but also proactively identifying areas for improvement in application functionality and user support processes. You will be instrumental in building and reinforcing customer trust and confidence in our team's expertise and the reliability of our support.
- • Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive web support for Element’s external and internal web applications. This entails efficiently managing incoming tickets, phone calls, and emails, with a particular focus on assisting users with login challenges, navigating application interfaces, and resolving general troubleshooting issues.
- • You will be entrusted with the critical task of provisioning access to our web applications. This includes the creation of new user accounts, modifying existing permissions to reflect role changes or project needs, and the secure removal of access when necessary, ensuring data integrity and security protocols are maintained.
- • A significant part of your role will involve conducting new and existing functionality testing. This proactive approach helps identify potential bugs or usability issues before they impact end-users, contributing to the overall stability and performance of our web applications.
- • You will be a champion for delivering a superior client experience by handling all customer inquiries with efficiency, effectiveness, and a high degree of accuracy. This means not just solving problems, but doing so in a way that leaves the user feeling supported and valued.
