- • This is a pivotal hands-on finance and administration role, designed for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives on managing the complete spectrum of bookkeeping and financial operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, from daily transactions to comprehensive reporting, playing a crucial part in the financial health and strategic decision-making of the company.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass the meticulous management of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring all supplier invoices are accurately processed, reconciled against statements, and entered into Xero promptly. You will be proactive in following up with suppliers on outstanding accounts, guaranteeing timely payments and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- • The role also involves managing collections and supporting the company's invoicing processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient revenue cycle. A significant aspect of this position is the regular reconciliation of general books and financial transactions, where you will be expected to investigate any discrepancies, identify the root causes, and implement effective resolutions to maintain data accuracy.
- • Payroll processing will be a key duty, requiring precision and adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies. You will ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time, contributing to a positive employee experience.
