📋 Description
- • Plan and execute a flexible, goal-oriented weekly schedule to maximize sales performance across Hamburg and surrounding areas.
- • Conduct compelling product demonstrations of Salonkee’s All-in-One software to beauty and wellness salons, illustrating how it simplifies appointment booking, customer management, and cash register operations.
- • Acquire new customers through cold calling, in-person visits, and walk-in interactions, using product expertise to convert prospects into paying clients.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and decision-makers by delivering tailored solutions that address their operational challenges.
- • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategies that drive regional growth and improve overall conversion rates.
- • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track leads, update sales pipelines, and document outcomes of each client engagement.
- • Travel extensively within the Hamburg region to conduct on-site demonstrations, attend client meetings, and support local market penetration.
- • Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented approach during all customer-facing interactions, both in person and over the phone.
- • Leverage your understanding of technical systems to articulate software benefits clearly to non-technical salon staff and owners.
- • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- • Represent Salonkee at industry events, local business networks, and salon partner meetups to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
- • Work independently with autonomy over daily scheduling while ensuring alignment with company goals, sales targets, and reporting standards.
- • Report on weekly activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback to regional management using standardized tools and templates.
- • Adapt communication style to effectively engage with diverse salon owners across different backgrounds and business sizes.
- • Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all client and internal communications.
- • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture through active participation in team events, celebrations, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- • Stay informed about trends in the beauty and wellness industry to better understand customer needs and position the software as a strategic tool for long-term success.
