📋 Description
- • As an Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in the cleaning and disinfectants sales division for the food industry, you will drive business growth and maintain customer relationships in the Southwest Germany region, focusing on breweries, beverages, dairy, and processed food sectors.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acquiring new customers, minimizing customer churn, increasing customer profitability, ensuring price increase implementation, managing service contracts, conducting customer training, performing service and technical repairs, maximizing cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with supervisors and technical teams, monitoring contract renewals, and preparing timely reports.
- • You will join Diversey (part of Solenis LLC), a global leader in hygiene and cleaning solutions with 8,900 employees across over 80 countries serving approximately 85,000 customers, known for integrating chemicals, equipment, and sustainability programs into comprehensive hygiene concepts.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B sales within the food and beverage industry, strengthen your technical and hygiene knowledge, build long-term customer partnerships, and grow your ability to manage complex sales cycles and service-oriented client relationships in a multinational environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Vocational training in brewing, beverage, food, or dairy industry (preferably with further qualification as engineer/technician/master) or equivalent level, plus chemical/technical knowledge and solid hygiene understanding
- • Proven sales experience or strong motivation to transition into a sales role
- • In-depth knowledge of the food and nutrition industry
- • Strong communication skills, confident customer interaction, and social competence
- • Reliability, independent work style, teamwork ability, enthusiasm, ambition, and commitment
- • Residence within the assigned sales territory for optimal customer coverage
