📋 Description

  • As a Sales Development Representative at Surglobal Inc., you will serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, driving outbound prospecting and appointment setting to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include filtering contact lists in HubSpot, managing multi-step email sequences, making 60–100 outbound calls daily, following structured scripts and objection-handling frameworks, setting qualified discovery meetings, logging all activities in CRM, and nurturing warm prospects through consistent follow-up.
  • You will join a results-driven sales team focused on B2B outreach, supporting client acquisition efforts through disciplined, high-volume outreach in a structured sales environment.
  • This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in sales outreach, CRM management, lead qualification, and sales process execution — building a strong foundation for a career in sales or business development.

🎯 Requirements

  • C1 English or equivalent proficiency
  • 1–2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, call center, or SDR/BDR roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and appointment-setting frameworks consistently
  • High attention to detail in call logging, note-taking, and CRM maintenance
