📋 Description
- • As an Außendienstmitarbeiter (Field Sales Representative) at Salonkee S.A., you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our innovative all-in-one software solution for beauty and wellness salons across Europe, directly contributing to the company’s rapid growth and mission to digitalize the industry.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing your weekly schedule with flexibility and purpose, delivering compelling product demonstrations that showcase how our software simplifies and enhances salon operations, acquiring new customers through proactive outreach including cold calling, on-site visits, and walk-in engagements, and collaborating with the team to develop and refine sales strategies that drive collective success.
- • You will join a dynamic, forward-thinking team at Salonkee, a fast-growing European leader in beauty and wellness tech, where innovation, cutting-edge technology, and a shared vision empower clients to focus on delivering exceptional service and sustainable success.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales and customer engagement skills, gain deep expertise in SaaS solutions for the beauty industry, master CRM tools and sales methodologies, and grow into a trusted advisor and top performer through comprehensive training and real-world experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Passion for sales and enjoyment of interacting with people
- • Good understanding of technical contexts and ideally first experience with CRM systems
- • Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct field visits
- • Near-native German and good English language skills for customer and team communication
