  • • As an Administration Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage the initial stages of the loan lifecycle. This involves the precise creation of new client profiles within the Broker Engine CRM system, ensuring all foundational data is accurately captured and organized. You will also be responsible for initiating the critical document upload requests, setting the stage for a smooth and efficient process.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be the end-to-end coordination of financial documentation. This entails proactively managing the collection of all necessary financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documents. A key duty is the rigorous review of all incoming files to guarantee their accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory and lender requirements. Your keen eye for detail will be paramount in identifying any discrepancies or missing information, preventing potential delays.
  • • You will serve as a professional and reliable point of contact for clients throughout the document collection phase. This involves providing clear, concise, and timely updates on the status of their loan applications. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct persistent and effective follow-ups to ensure all requested information is satisfactorily uploaded, maintaining momentum and a positive client experience.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with the Administration Manager to prepare and build out comprehensive loan applications. This involves ensuring that all submitted documentation and application details meet the stringent requirements of various lenders, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the lending landscape.
  • • You will partner effectively with the sales and deal-generation teams, facilitating a seamless and streamlined transition from the initial lead qualification stage to the formal application submission. Your proactive support will help maintain a high level of momentum for every file, contributing directly to the firm's overall efficiency and success.
  • • A vital part of your contribution will be the proactive identification of bottlenecks within the administrative workflow. You will be encouraged to suggest and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency, reduce processing times, and elevate the client experience. This includes refining existing processes and exploring new methodologies.
  • • You will have the opportunity to provide ad-hoc administrative support directly to the Company Directors. This may involve assisting with various tasks aimed at supporting the firm’s strategic objectives, offering exposure to broader business operations and decision-making processes.
