📋 Description
- • As a Behavioral Licensed Clinician on Evernorth’s 24/7 Clinical Support Team, you will deliver expert, compassionate care to members with autism and their families, serving as a consistent clinical point of contact throughout their wellness journey.
- • You will assess immediate risk and clinical needs using evidence-based models, provide real-time crisis de-escalation and safety planning, identify biopsychosocial needs, and develop SMART goals to empower members toward lasting wellness.
- • You will shepherd members to appropriate care, treatment programs, and community resources, collaborate with internal colleagues for seamless transitions, and balance real-time queue work with scheduled appointments and case management responsibilities.
- • You will leverage specialized autism expertise to inform training and curriculum, perform research to tailor educational resources, and maintain strict HIPAA compliance while documenting interactions across multiple health record systems.
- • You will communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, demonstrate empathy and professionalism in difficult conversations, and uphold clinical excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment serving diverse behavioral health needs 24/7/365.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or PhD in a mental health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
- • Current independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, or PMHNP)
- • Minimum 5 years of post-licensure experience as a behavioral health clinician
- • Specialized training or experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
- • Demonstrated use of evidence-based approaches, including brief therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing
- • Required to obtain AAS Crisis Specialist Certification within the first year of employment
