  • • As an Automotive Account Manager for the OEM Account Team at Experian Holdings, Inc., you will leverage the company’s full range of data and technology resources to help OEM partners maximize the value of solutions, directly enhancing their market presence and sales performance.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of existing accounts, serving as the primary client contact through a high-touch approach, collaborating with Strategic Account Executives to ensure retention and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams such as pricing, product support, project management, and delivery to ensure accurate and timely client deliverables.
  • • You will work within Experian’s Automotive division, supporting strategic account planning, maintaining activity records in Salesforce, researching client needs, recommending tailored solution bundles, and educating clients on new and existing offerings to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • • The role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in automotive industry solutions, strengthen executive-level relationships across North America, develop strategic account management skills, and contribute directly to client retention and revenue growth through trusted advisory partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in account management, client relationship building, or sales within the automotive, OEM, or B2B technology sectors
  • • Strong ability to research client needs, analyze business requirements, and recommend tailored solutions using data and technology resources
  • • Demonstrated success in driving retention, cross-selling, and upselling within existing client accounts
  • • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities, manage pipelines, and document client interactions
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interface effectively with clients and internal teams including pricing, product support, and project management
  • • Self-starter mindset with initiative, creativity, and a track record of fostering long-term client partnerships
