- • The Automotive AI Rater & Evaluator role at Lilt Production involves contributing expert judgment to human-in-the-loop AI evaluation workflows that support training, benchmarking, red-teaming, and ongoing model monitoring for leading enterprises and hyperscalers.
- • Day to day, the person will evaluate AI outputs related to automotive engineering, vehicles, and mobility topics; perform structured scoring, comparison, classification, and judgment tasks; assess technical accuracy, safety considerations, clarity, and alignment with automotive standards; identify hallucinations, unsafe guidance, incorrect specifications, or misleading automotive information; and apply domain-specific automotive guidelines consistently across tasks.
- • Lilt Production is building a global network of domain experts to ensure multilingual AI systems are accurate, safe, and reliable, with a mission to make the world's information available to everyone regardless of language, serving Enterprises, Governments, and AI Developers worldwide.
- • In this role, the person can deepen their expertise in AI evaluation methodologies, contribute to safety-critical model assessments, influence the quality and readiness of multilingual AI systems, and gain experience working on diverse, project-based tasks with clear expectations and flexible engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep domain expertise in automotive engineering, manufacturing, or mobility
- • Strong judgment and ability to apply evaluation criteria consistently
- • Comfort working with structured evaluation workflows and rubrics
- • Ability to explain reasoning clearly, especially in safety-critical scenarios
- • Native or professional fluency in one or more supported languages (English required for guidelines and collaboration)
