  • • As an Associate Vice President (AVP) of Business Solutions at Arch Investments Group Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive progress and innovation across the enterprise, particularly within Underwriting (UW) operations.
  • • This remote position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Strategic Operations leaders, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in customer and employee journeys.
  • • You will be instrumental in defining the operational and technological roadmap, ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve partnering with IT and various UW leaders to establish both short-term and long-term plans for operations and technology, fostering a cohesive and forward-thinking approach.
  • • You will advise on the prioritization of transformation initiatives by bringing an enterprise-wide perspective, ensuring that efforts are focused on areas with the greatest potential impact.
  • • A key responsibility is to drive business desires, outcomes, and requirements, acting as the crucial link between Underwriting and Information Technology departments.
  • • You will leverage market insights on leading practices to inform and shape business priorities across the entire organization, ensuring Arch remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • • In terms of execution, you will partner to enhance customer and employee experiences, including collaborating with Strategic Analytics to provide input for UI/UX improvements.
  • • You will be involved in implementing technology and analytics-enabled workflows, working hand-in-hand with IT, Strategic Analytics, and other enabling functions.
  • • Partnering with IT and Lean Deployment Specialists, you will drive the implementation of automation strategies and other technology-driven workflows, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • You will also review and provide feedback on IT value generation in collaboration with IT and stakeholders, ensuring technology investments deliver tangible business benefits.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve contributing to the development of the Triangulation Center of Excellence (CoE), positioning it as a central hub for people, process, technology, and data to support enterprise-wide business objectives.
  • • You will actively participate in cross-functional problem-solving efforts, bridging gaps between IT, Data, Strategic Analytics, and other vital functions.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance product lifecycle and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technology and operational solutions.
  • • You will be a key contributor to enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and driving strategic growth through effective business solutions.
