📋 Description

• • The Associate Vice President of Communications leads enterprise communications initiatives aligned with Alignment Health’s mission to serve seniors and the chronically ill, ensuring consistent, clear, and compliant messaging across all channels.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing communications strategies, overseeing digital and social media assets, coordinating executive messaging, partnering with HR, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing teams, supporting public relations and stakeholder communications, and leading internal communications and PR staff.
