📋 Description
- • As Assistant Vice President, Group Compliance Testing at Arch Investments Group Ltd, you will lead the planning and delivery of compliance testing and advisory programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and group policies, playing a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s integrity and enabling sustainable growth.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute global compliance monitoring and testing programs, design test plans for high-risk areas such as privacy, economic sanctions, antitrust, anti-corruption, and records management, analyze control effectiveness, identify trends and gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to business units while coordinating enterprise-wide compliance efforts.
- • You will join Arch’s Global Compliance Group within the General Counsel’s office, reporting directly to the Group Compliance Officer, and collaborate across a culture rooted in collaboration, expertise, and innovation that aims to enable possibility for clients, employees, investors, and communities.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global compliance frameworks, strengthen leadership and project management abilities, refine risk assessment and analytical skills, and contribute to shaping enterprise-wide compliance strategy while gaining exposure to complex financial services operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of compliance testing or internal audit experience in a public financial services organization with global operations
- • Excellent understanding of compliance monitoring and testing function
- • Experience leading/managing compliance testing or audits with strong project management skills
- • Excellent grasp of risk and control concepts
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Strong writing skills and ability to organize and synthesize information into written product
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work across enterprise functions
- • Willingness and ability to adapt to new circumstances, information, and challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment
