• • The AVP, Human Resources – Operations serves as a strategic advisor to executive and operational leadership, driving enterprise-aligned people strategies that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and a high-performing, values-driven culture.
• • Day to day, the role involves providing strategic consultation to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture; leading and resolving complex employee relations issues; designing and executing talent management processes; assessing organizational effectiveness; analyzing workforce data to generate actionable insights; leading cross-functional HR initiatives; ensuring high-quality HR service delivery; and mentoring and developing HR talent.
