- • As an AWS Inside Sales Representative at TTEC Digital, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline development and revenue growth by partnering with AWS to identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities across targeted accounts and industries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with AWS Field Sellers and TTEC Digital sales leadership to design and execute coordinated prospecting campaigns that generate qualified opportunities aligned with joint go-to-market strategies, conducting outreach to prospects, managing lead qualification processes, and maintaining accurate pipeline data in CRM systems.
- • You will be part of TTEC Digital, a division of TTEC Holdings, Inc., focused on delivering exceptional customer experience solutions by empowering employees and enabling client success through technology and people-first approaches.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AWS solutions, enterprise sales processes, and strategic account engagement, while building valuable relationships with AWS and internal sales teams to advance your career in cloud technology sales.

- • Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in technology or cloud services
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging prospects and collaborating with internal and external teams
- • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a 100% remote environment
- • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools to track activities and manage pipeline
- • Familiarity with AWS offerings or cloud computing solutions is a plus
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or activity goals
