- • This fully remote Account Executive role at Gartner focuses on acquiring new large enterprise clients with $1B+ in annual revenue, driving net new logo growth in the GBS HR Practice by building trust-based relationships with C-level executives and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- • Day to day, you will seek out and drive new business opportunities across your territory, convert prospects into active clients, build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, align Gartner insights and tools to deliver client value, own quota responsibility, manage complex high-revenue sales in matrix environments, and handle monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and account planning.
- • You will join a results-driven, client-committed, and highly collaborative team within Gartner’s Global Business Services (GBS) Large Enterprise segment, where reps play a critical role in expanding Gartner’s global presence by delivering long-term client value and growing their book of business over time.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in complex B2B sales, executive-level engagement, sales forecasting, and strategic account planning, with clear pathways for internal progression into senior sales, account management, or sales leadership roles through Gartner’s promote-from-within culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years’ B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments
- • New-client acquisition experience in a selling role highly desired
- • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
- • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
- • Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process
- • Willingness to conduct travel as needed
- • Bachelor’s degree desired
