📋 Description

• Support and administer the full Azure Virtual Desktop estate, ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing remote working environments for end users.
• Provide hands-on support to end users within a dedicated AVD support team, managing host pools, images, user/application access, resource groups, and overall AVD configuration.
• Optimize and support multi-user environments using FSLogix and NetApp (or equivalent technologies), ensuring high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery across all AVD components.
• Participate in an on-call rota (1-in-3) and travel occasionally to the Gloucester Business Park site when required, contributing to a remote-first role with real impact on customer productivity and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Azure Virtual Desktop management and support
• Strong background in Azure infrastructure administration
• Hands-on experience with FSLogix profile management and troubleshooting EUC/VDI environments
• UK Security Clearance (SC) – Mandatory
• Ability to participate in a 1-in-3 on-call rotation
