• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Card Specialist to spearhead the growth and development of Mama Money's B2B card offerings. This pivotal role operates at the critical nexus of product development, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our business card solutions are not only compliant with all relevant regulations but also scalable to meet future demands and precisely aligned with the evolving needs of our business customers.
• In this capacity, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our B2B payment solutions. You will delve into the intricacies of card issuing processes, gain a deep understanding of B2B payment ecosystems, and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the fintech and financial services landscape, ensuring Mama Money remains at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies for our B2B card products, from conceptualization through to launch and ongoing management. This involves collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define product roadmaps, features, and user experiences that cater specifically to the needs of businesses.
• You will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our B2B card programs. This includes overseeing card issuance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and customer support for our business clients. Ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our B2B customers will be paramount.
• A significant aspect of this role involves rigorous adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our legal and compliance teams to ensure all B2B card offerings meet stringent industry standards and governmental regulations, mitigating risks and maintaining the integrity of our financial services.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with card networks, issuing banks, and other third-party providers. These collaborations will be essential for expanding our card capabilities, enhancing our product offerings, and reaching new market segments.
• You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. Your insights will drive the strategic direction of our B2B card business, ensuring we remain competitive and responsive to market dynamics.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in card issuing, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end card lifecycle (issuance, processing, settlement, dispute resolution).
• Strong knowledge of B2B payment solutions and the specific needs and challenges of business clients.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including working with internal teams (product, engineering, operations, compliance) and external partners (banks, card networks, vendors).
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to financial services and card payments (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI DSS).
