- • This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where you are not a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR). Instead, your mission is to automate and streamline the efforts of these teams, enabling them to operate more efficiently and effectively. You will be the architect behind automated processes that reduce manual effort and amplify results.
- • The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience in managing B2B lifecycle marketing, coupled with a profound passion for data analysis, marketing automation, and the continuous optimization of customer journeys. Proficiency in HubSpot is a mandatory requirement, as is a proven skill set in executing targeted campaigns designed to guide prospects seamlessly down the sales funnel.
- • Key responsibilities will include the creation and implementation of sophisticated email and SMS marketing campaigns that are meticulously aligned with our overarching marketing strategy. You will take ownership of newsletter campaigns, focusing on engaging and nurturing our lead base to foster stronger relationships and drive interest.
- • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and engaging messaging that consistently reflects our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. A critical aspect of your role will be to clearly define lifecycle stages and lead statuses, thereby enhancing the alignment and synergy between marketing and sales efforts.
- • You will also be tasked with tracking and optimizing our calling initiatives, paying close attention to details such as caller ID management, follow-up tracking protocols, and other crucial elements that contribute to effective outbound communication.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to the development and refinement of comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer retention, maximizing Return on Investment (ROI), and elevating Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- • A/B testing will be a regular part of your workflow, applied to email and SMS campaigns to systematically optimize subject lines, engagement metrics, open rates, and ultimately, conversion rates. This data-driven approach ensures continuous improvement and peak campaign performance.
- • You will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing automation workflows within HubSpot, creating efficient and scalable processes that support our growth objectives.
- • Performance tracking and reporting are paramount. You will meticulously track and report on campaign performance metrics on a weekly basis, maintaining and updating performance dashboards with the latest, most accurate data.
- • Visualizing customer journeys will be another key activity, utilizing tools like Miro to map out customer paths and create clear, visual workflows that inform strategy and execution.
- • Close collaboration with the sales team is essential to ensure that lifecycle marketing efforts are tightly aligned with pipeline goals and revenue targets.
- • You will manage lead scoring, segmentation, and trigger-based automation to enable highly personalized and relevant outreach to prospects at every stage of their journey.
- • A significant part of your role will involve optimizing and refining existing lead nurture sequences to drive higher booking rates and accelerate the sales cycle.
