As this role directly supports U.S.-based clients, availability during U.S. business hours, aligned with client time zones, is essential.

Your core mission in this role will be to ensure we are maximizing every single touchpoint within our marketing funnel to drive conversions. Your primary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will revolve around advancing deals through the sales pipeline, significantly improving booking rates, close rates, and overall deal velocity. You will achieve this through the strategic implementation of email, SMS, and phone-based communication.
  • • It's crucial to understand that this is NOT a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role. We have an entire team dedicated to those functions. Your role is to empower and automate the work of the BDR/SDR team, enabling them to operate more efficiently and effectively, thereby reducing their manual workload and increasing their output.
  • • This position is ideally suited for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in managing B2B lifecycle marketing campaigns. A genuine passion for data analysis, automation technologies, and the continuous optimization of customer journeys is a must. Proficiency in HubSpot is a non-negotiable requirement, as is a proven skill set in running targeted, data-informed campaigns designed to move prospects seamlessly down the sales funnel.
  • • Key Responsibilities will include:
  • • Creating and implementing sophisticated email and SMS marketing campaigns that are meticulously aligned with our overarching marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • • Taking ownership of newsletter campaigns, focusing on engaging and nurturing our lead base to foster stronger relationships and drive conversions.
  • • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, engaging, and on-brand messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • • Clearly defining and establishing distinct lifecycle stages and lead statuses to ensure seamless alignment and communication between marketing and sales efforts.
  • • Actively tracking, analyzing, and optimizing our calling efforts, including managing caller ID, implementing effective follow-up tracking mechanisms, and refining call scripts.
  • • Contributing significantly to the development and refinement of advanced lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer retention, maximizing Return on Investment (ROI), and enhancing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • • Conducting rigorous A/B testing on all email and SMS campaigns to optimize critical elements such as subject lines, engagement rates, open rates, and ultimately, conversion rates.
  • • Developing, implementing, and optimizing complex marketing automation workflows within the HubSpot platform to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • • Diligently tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics on a weekly basis, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • • Maintaining and updating performance dashboards with the latest, most accurate data to provide a real-time view of campaign effectiveness.
  • • Mapping out intricate customer journeys using tools like Miro, and creating clear, visual workflows to understand and optimize prospect interactions.
  • • Working in close partnership with the sales team to ensure that lifecycle marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with pipeline goals and revenue targets.
  • • Managing lead scoring models, implementing sophisticated segmentation strategies, and leveraging trigger-based automation to personalize outreach at scale.
  • • Continuously optimizing and refining existing lead nurture sequences to significantly increase booking rates and improve conversion efficiency.
  • • Driving experiments and initiatives to improve email deliverability rates and overall response rates.
  • • Managing AI-driven chatbot conversations and launching targeted phone call campaigns (this is considered a bonus, not a mandatory requirement).
