📋 Description
- • Develop and own the operational infrastructure for enterprise program launches, ensuring repeatable and scalable processes across apprenticeship and upskill programs.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, Learning, and Engineering, to design and implement operational processes that support client launches and program growth.
- • Manage one direct report and report into the SVP, Operations, with a focus on scaling existing programs and launching new offerings.
- • Design and optimize end-to-end launch and expansion processes for established programs, including launch planning, QA, cross-functional coordination, and go-live readiness.
- • Develop scalable S4B ops processes, focusing on areas such as preceptor operations, admissions workflows, sponsorship management, and ops efficiency.
- • Work closely with Product to ensure tooling needs are met, coordinate with Learning on program readiness, and loop in CS and Solutions Architecture on client-facing implications.
- • Build a strong understanding of the business and its goals, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve operational processes and drive business success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years building scalable operations for the delivery of services within a start-up environment, with at least 2 years in the context of B2B partnerships.
- • 2+ years of consulting experience (or strategy roles).
- • Demonstrated experience designing and documenting operational processes — playbooks, SOPs, workflows — that stick.
- • Strong project management instincts: you track the details, manage dependencies, and keep launches on schedule.
- • Experience working cross-functionally on technical or product-adjacent projects (familiarity with SSO, IT QA, or platform integrations is a plus).
- • Ability to manage a team while staying close to the work yourself.
- • Comfort with ambiguity — you can build structure where there isn't any.
