📋 Description

• Senior Revenue Operations Manager – a strategic role focused on optimizing revenue processes, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success functions to drive scalable growth and operational efficiency in a mission-driven reproductive and sexual health company.
• Day to day: Design and implement revenue operations strategies, manage CRM and sales tech stack, analyze pipeline and forecasting data, streamline quote-to-cash processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and customer lifecycle management, and report on key performance indicators to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics

• Experience aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve revenue efficiency
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
