  • • Execute end-to-end B2B sales cycles with vendors and enterprise partners, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals to meet and exceed multi-million dollar revenue targets.
  • • Own and manage post-sale account relationships to ensure product adoption, retention, and revenue expansion through strategic account planning and consistent engagement.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relations, handling daily communication, resolving operational issues, negotiating contractual terms, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, design customized solutions aligned with client needs, and translate market feedback into actionable product enhancements.
  • • Act as the internal voice of the customer, systematically gathering and channeling client feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and improve solution fit.
  • • Build and scale a repeatable, data-driven B2B sales and account management playbook to support Higgsfield AI’s global expansion and operational maturity.
  • • Leverage sales data and metrics to analyze pipeline health, forecast revenue, identify bottlenecks, and optimize conversion rates across the sales funnel.
  • • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to executive stakeholders, articulating the value proposition of Higgsfield’s GenAI platform to vendors and enterprise clients.
  • • Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives, expanding contract value with existing partners by identifying new use cases and integration opportunities.
  • • Maintain a high-pressure, always-on mindset while managing multiple concurrent deals and vendor relationships across time zones and geographies.
  • • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for all aspects of the sales and account management lifecycle, from initial outreach to long-term client success.
  • • Operate with sharp analytical skills and natural people intuition to navigate complex negotiations and build trusted, long-term business relationships.
  • • Adapt quickly to a high-growth startup environment, embracing ambiguity and driving structure where none exists to support rapid scaling.
  • • Represent Higgsfield AI as a commercial leader on the global stage, engaging with clients and vendors across international markets while maintaining alignment with company vision and values.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets in B2B SaaS sales
  • • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management with measurable results
  • • Experience managing vendor-heavy relationships at scale
  • • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • • Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken
  • • Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment
