  • • As a B2C Sales Development Representative (Closer-Focused) at Bullpen Talent, Inc., you will play a critical role in converting warm inbound leads into paying members for a U.S.-based men's grooming franchise client, directly impacting revenue growth through high-volume outbound engagement.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include making 100–200 outbound calls daily to warm leads from website forms, events, and site traffic, building rapport quickly, guiding prospects through the sales process, closing memberships aligned with client needs, maintaining consistent follow-up via phone and messaging, and accurately tracking all activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • • You will join a fast-growing, remote-first sales team supporting franchise presale campaigns across the U.S., operating within a performance-driven culture that values results, accountability, and consistent execution in a high-tempo environment.
