Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Shape the future of children with autism from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at MeBe, you will lead a caseload of clients served by our Mesa, AZ office, using cutting-edge telehealth practices to deliver life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Every day you will assess, design, and refine individualized treatment plans that help children build communication, social, and daily-living skills while supporting families who are hungry for guidance.
  • • Conduct gold-standard assessments—VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, Essential for Living (EFL), AFLS, and BRIEF—via secure video platforms, interpreting results with the same rigor you would bring to an in-home visit. Translate findings into measurable, socially significant goals that drive meaningful progress for each learner.
  • • Architect and oversee fully customized behavior-analytic treatment plans that can be executed remotely by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers. You will script precise teaching protocols, create visual supports that pop on camera, and build data-collection systems that keep every stakeholder aligned on progress in real time.
  • • Provide two-tier and three-tier supervision that feels anything but distant. Through live remote observation, bug-in-ear coaching, and weekly team huddles, you will mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians (BTs), sharpening their discrete-trial, natural-environment, and caregiver-training repertoires. Expect to model playful, evidence-based interactions that keep kids engaged and staff inspired.
  • • Coach parents and caregivers via HIPAA-compliant video calls, equipping them with step-by-step strategies to embed learning opportunities into meals, playtime, and bedtime routines. Your ability to translate jargon into relatable language will turn living rooms into classrooms and parents into confident co-therapists.
  • • Drive clinical excellence through relentless data analysis. You will graph, interpret, and act on session-by-session data, making rapid, evidence-based adjustments that maximize each child’s trajectory. Expect to present findings in concise, visually compelling dashboards that celebrate wins and spotlight next steps.
  • • Pioneer remote-first Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best-practice templates that can be scaled across MeBe’s national footprint. Whether it’s a caregiver-consent e-signature flow or a telehealth fidelity checklist, your innovations will become the gold standard for colleagues both remote and on-site.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists who share MeBe’s play-filled, research-based ethos. Together you will design holistic intervention packages that honor each child’s sensory profile, communication style, and family culture.
  • • Maintain impeccable documentation that meets Arizona state, BACB, and insurance requirements. You will author concise assessment reports, treatment-authorization requests, and progress summaries that pass audits with flying colors.
  • • Champion a culture of transparency, candor, and compassion. You will participate in virtual town halls, peer consultation pods, and DEI initiatives that keep MeBe’s remote community tight-knit and values-driven.
  • • Embrace continuous learning. Monthly CEU trainings, peer-led journal clubs, and tuition discounts through university partnerships will keep you at the forefront of behavior analysis while fueling your long-term career goals.
