- ⢠As a BCBA Floater at Mebe LLC, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy to children with autism and special needs across multiple states, ensuring continuity of care when on-site supervisors are unavailable and supporting remote supervision models that expand access to high-quality services.
- ⢠You will conduct comprehensive assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF; develop and monitor individualized treatment plans; provide parent coaching and RBT training; analyze client progress data; and design remote-first workflows that can be replicated across the organizationāall while maintaining a playful, compassionate, and research-driven approach aligned with MeBeās mission.
- ⢠You will join a multidisciplinary team of ABA, OT, and Speech professionals who are united by a shared commitment to helping children reach their full potential through play-filled, individualized care, and who value transparency, compassion, and innovation in their work.
- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your expertise in telehealth supervision, multi-state licensure, and remote team leadership while gaining experience in designing scalable clinical systems and mentoring RBTs across diverse geographic regionsāpositioning you for advancement in clinical leadership or program development within the behavioral health field.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Active BCBA certification and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- ⢠At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with demonstrated clinical outcomes, including competence in delivering Behavior Skills Training remotely via video demonstrations, role play, and visual aids
- ⢠Current residency in one of the following states: CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA, with strong preference for candidates already licensed in AZ
- ⢠At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs and prior experience supervising RBTs or BTs across multiple sites or virtual teams
- ⢠Ability to work flexible hours across time zones, including availability until 6 PM in designated zones, and willingness to obtain licensure in WA, AZ, TX, and VA if not already held
