  • • As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Mebe LLC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based, play-filled ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays across in-home and clinic-based settings in Kearny Mesa, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering families and communities through research-backed, multi-disciplinary care.
  • • You will conduct comprehensive individualized assessments using industry-standard tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to identify each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and developmental needs, forming the foundation for personalized intervention strategies.
  • • You will develop, implement, and continuously monitor customized treatment plans tailored to each child’s goals, ensuring interventions are skillfully adapted based on ongoing progress data to maximize skill acquisition and behavioral growth.
  • • You will provide expert parent coaching and training, equipping caregivers with practical, evidence-based strategies to support their child’s development across home and community environments, fostering consistency and long-term success.
  • • You will deliver ongoing professional development and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), enhancing their clinical competencies through structured training, feedback, and modeling to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.
  • • You will systematically collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness, make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans, and demonstrate measurable outcomes for clients, families, and funding sources.
  • • You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, and other BCBAs, contributing to a culture of transparency, compassion, and innovation where fun, play, and individualized care are central to every interaction.
  • • You will uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail, embodying Mebe’s values of integrity, continuous learning, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset in all aspects of your work.

  • • BCBA certification (required)
  • • Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays using ABA principles
  • • Ability to pass a background check (required)

  • • Competitive salary range of $85,000–$100,000 based on experience, plus clinical supervisor performance bonus and bi-annual merit increases
