- • As the BD Director for Japan at P2P.org, you will drive business development for the world’s largest institutional staking provider, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion in one of Asia’s most dynamic crypto hubs.
- • You will conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products, manage the full deal cycle from outreach to payment receipt, and build relationships with high-value clients including VCs, hedge funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- • P2P.org is a globally distributed, mission-driven team passionate about decentralized finance, with a strong reputation for innovation, security, and client-centric solutions serving institutional clients like BitGo, Ledger, Crypto.com, and SBI.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in blockchain staking and yield products, sharpen your enterprise sales skills in a high-growth Web3 environment, and have the autonomy to shape go-to-market strategies while collaborating with product, legal, and research teams to deliver tailored solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance
- • Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD)
- • Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese
- • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies
- • Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders
- • Highly self-organized and disciplined with ability to maintain a high work tempo
