📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Associate (BDA) on the Advisory Team at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition within China’s financial advisory sector, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling secure, high-value business decisions through its market-leading Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform. This role is critical to expanding Ideals’ footprint in key industries such as investment banking, law firms, and consulting, where trust, data security, and efficiency are paramount.
- • You will independently manage the full sales lifecycle—from identifying and researching potential clients in the advisory space to conducting needs-based demos, negotiating deals, and closing contracts—ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience that aligns with Ideals’ reputation for excellence in data security solutions.
- • You will join a dynamic, international team at Ideals’ Shanghai office, a fast-growing B2B SaaS leader recognized for five consecutive years as #1 on G2’s Virtual Data Room rankings, serving over 2 million users across 300,000 global companies with a culture rooted in commitment, excellence, collaboration, trust, and care.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time accredited university
- • 1–2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year of hunter-style new customer acquisition in SaaS or advisory-focused industries
- • Proven ability to independently prospect, engage, demo, negotiate, and close deals with financial advisors, investment banks, law firms, or consulting firms
