📋 Description

  • • Maintain and expand client relationships within the commercial laundry industry in Shanghai and Nanjing, serving as the primary point of contact for daily client interactions.
  • • Provide professional consultation on hygiene and cleaning products, including cleaners, disinfectants, and related tools/equipment, alongside consistent after-sales support.
  • • Conduct regular client visits and relationship-building activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • • Identify and uncover latent client needs by aligning them with Solenis’s product portfolio to develop customized solutions that drive new business opportunities and order growth.
  • • Manage the full client transaction lifecycle, including negotiation, contract execution, shipment coordination, and payment collection, ensuring seamless and timely delivery of services.
  • • Promptly respond to and resolve client issues related to product usage, performance, or售后 support to maintain high service standards.
  • • Establish and dynamically update detailed client profiles documenting feedback, purchasing preferences, and historical interactions to inform future sales strategies and service improvements.
  • • Monitor and analyze regional market trends, including evolving hygiene demands in the commercial laundry sector and competitor activities, providing regular market intelligence to support sales strategy optimization.
  • • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute regional sales plans aimed at increasing Solenis’s market penetration within the commercial laundry industry.
  • • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement, strategic account planning, and consistent follow-up.
  • • Ensure compliance with industry hygiene standards and operational best practices when advising clients on product application and usage.
  • • Leverage company-provided monitoring, control, and delivery systems to enhance service delivery and demonstrate product value to clients.
  • • Act as a local market representative for Solenis, embodying the company’s commitment to operational efficiency, asset protection, and environmental sustainability through tailored hygiene solutions.
  • • Participate in internal training and product updates to maintain expert-level knowledge of Solenis’s chemical formulations and technological systems.
  • • Coordinate with internal logistics, technical, and finance teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and client billing.
  • • Document and report key client insights and market observations to support broader regional and national sales initiatives.
