- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDR Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of GTM, this pivotal role will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of 5-10 exceptional Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your primary focus will be on driving top-of-funnel performance, cultivating the skills and careers of your BDR team through hands-on coaching, and fostering robust partnerships with our Sales, Marketing, and RevOps departments. The ultimate goal is to establish and maintain a predictable, high-quality pipeline that fuels Siro's growth.

- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of 5-10 BDRs, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed ambitious pipeline-generation targets. This involves setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- • Deliver hands-on, individualized coaching to BDRs across all critical aspects of their role, including advanced prospecting techniques, compelling messaging, effective objection handling, rigorous qualification processes, personalized outreach strategies, and insightful discovery calls.
- • Diligently track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as activity volumes, conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, number of meetings successfully held, and the total pipeline value generated. Utilize these data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies to enhance team performance.
- • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new BDRs, ensuring they achieve productivity rapidly. Implement ongoing training initiatives and professional development opportunities to foster continuous skill enhancement and career growth for the entire team.
- • Develop, refine, and iterate on a suite of outbound sales playbooks, including crafting effective talk tracks, designing engaging email templates, optimizing multi-channel cadences, and establishing frameworks for continuous experimentation and learning.
- • Cultivate and champion a team culture rooted in accountability, relentless curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Encourage proactive problem-solving and a data-informed approach to sales development.
- • Travel approximately 25% of the time to support the team at industry trade shows, conferences, and other key events, representing Siro and fostering valuable connections.
