- • PermitFlow is at the forefront of revolutionizing the construction industry through applied AI, addressing one of the economy's most significant information challenges: understanding what can be built, where, and how. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented BDR Manager to lead and scale our Business Development Representative team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving lead generation, building a robust sales pipeline, and contributing directly to PermitFlow's mission of accelerating housing, clean-energy, and infrastructure development across the nation.
- • As the BDR Manager, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team of BDRs. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and energetic team culture, ensuring every member is empowered to achieve and exceed their targets. You will provide ongoing training and development, focusing on continuous improvement and equipping the team with the skills necessary to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- • A core aspect of this role involves developing and executing comprehensive BDR strategies. You will work closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure BDR efforts are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives, market opportunities, and company growth targets. This includes identifying and exploring new channels for lead generation and outreach, staying ahead of industry trends, and continuously refining our approach to market engagement.
- • Process optimization is key to maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. You will be tasked with continuously refining and optimizing the BDR workflow, from initial outreach to qualified lead handoff. This involves establishing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure accountability. Your data-driven approach will be essential in shaping best practices and driving consistent results.
- • Collaboration is paramount at PermitFlow. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and a cohesive, positive customer experience throughout the entire buyer journey. This cross-functional partnership will be vital for aligning efforts, sharing insights, and collectively driving revenue growth.
- • You will be responsible for generating regular, insightful reports on key BDR metrics, team performance, and pipeline development. These reports will provide critical visibility to leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strategic adjustments to optimize our go-to-market strategy. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be highly valued.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of construction technology. You will be part of a rapidly growing company that has already delivered unprecedented speed, accuracy, and visibility to over $20 billion in development. By joining PermitFlow, you will be contributing to the AI infrastructure powering the next wave of reindustrialization, a critical mission in today's evolving economic landscape.
- • We are looking for a leader who is deeply passionate about the tech industry, particularly early-stage startups, and possesses a proven track record of driving growth in BDR initiatives within dynamic tech environments. Your strategic mindset, coupled with a deep understanding of the construction tech or related sectors, will be essential for success. We value creative problem-solvers who can align BDR strategies with customer needs, ensuring a customer-centric approach to lead generation.
- • A data-driven decision-making process, leveraging metrics to ensure effectiveness and tailor strategies to the unique aspects of the tech industry, is critical. Your metrics prowess should extend beyond standard KPIs, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of industry-specific data to derive insights that refine BDR performance in the tech domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to make a significant impact.
