  • • As BDR Manager at Primer Technologies, you will lead and develop a high-performing global Business Development Representative team spanning Europe, Asia, and North America, directly contributing to the company’s mission of rebuilding payments and commerce by ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
  • • You will own the end-to-end BDR function—from designing enablement playbooks and coaching frameworks to analyzing performance data and aligning cross-functionally with marketing and sales leadership—ensuring every outbound effort drives meaningful pipeline and reflects Primer’s standards of excellence.

  • • Lead a global team - Manage and develop a fast-growing BDR team across Europe, Asia, and North America, building a connected, high-performing culture across time zones.
  • • Build the playbook - Design and own ongoing enablement: objection handling guides, training programmes, and the frameworks that set the standard for what great looks like at Primer.
  • • Coach relentlessly - Review discovery and demo calls regularly, delivering sharp, actionable feedback that actually moves the needle.
  • • Own the qualification framework - Build and iterate the lead-to-opportunity process so every handoff to a BDM is clean, consistent, and worth their time.
  • • Run on data - Own BDR metrics across conversion rates, days to convert, win rates, activity benchmarks, and sequence performance. Use it to spot trends, surface coaching opportunities, and make decisions.
  • • Sharpen the outreach - Review and improve outbound sequences across the team, raising the bar on messaging quality and testing what works.
  • • Connect the dots cross-functionally - Work closely with Regional Leaders, BDMs, and Marketing to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline goals. BDR output should always be moving the right deals forward.
  • • Grow your people - Create clear development paths for BDRs with a genuine line of sight to BDM and future roles around the business.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading a BDR or SDR team in a fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS environment, or a standout senior BDR ready to step into management.
  • • Strong analytical instincts with hands-on experience using CRM and sales engagement data to drive coaching, process improvements, and forecasting.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build sales enablement content and qualification frameworks from scratch, including objection handling guides and training programmes.
  • • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with a passion for developing people and delivering honest, constructive feedback that drives performance.
  • • Comfortable operating in a remote-first, globally distributed environment and navigating ambiguity across time zones and shifting priorities.
  • • High standards for pipeline quality, messaging craft, and outbound excellence, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
