📋 Description

• The Beauty Partnerships Manager will build and manage strategic partnerships in the beauty industry to drive revenue growth for Influur, a company redefining advertising through creators, data, and AI.
• Day to day, the role involves leveraging an existing network across influencer, media, and agency spaces to generate a warm pipeline of partnership opportunities, attending industry events, and cultivating relationships that convert into measurable business outcomes.
• Influur is a fast-scaling, investor-backed company building a next-gen platform that connects artists, brands, and creators through AI-powered matchmaking and campaign automation, with a mission to make influencer marketing as predictable and scalable as paid ads.
• In this role, the individual will operate at the same level as Sales Directors, reporting to the VP of Sales, and will have the opportunity to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy in the beauty vertical while developing expertise in AI-driven partnership ecosystems and high-impact relationship management.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or sales within the beauty, influencer, media, or agency sectors
• Established network of contacts in the beauty, influencer, media, or agency industries
• Ability to generate warm pipeline through relationship-building and event participation rather than cold outreach
• Experience working in high-performance, goal-oriented environments with measurable outcomes tied to revenue
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company in external-facing settings
