- • As Fieldguide’s second EMEA Strategic Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence across the region’s largest audit and advisory firms, driving net new revenue while shaping the global go-to-market approach for leading public accounting organizations in a high-impact, early-stage startup environment.
- • You will own a full-cycle strategic sales role focused on penetrating key EMEA markets, building value-based partnerships with senior stakeholders, and translating global strategy into local execution to deliver solutions that elevate efficiency, productivity, and the future of audit and advisory services.
- • You will drive EMEA strategy by orchestrating account strategy across regions, landing international clients, and ensuring alignment toward shared revenue goals while managing a targeted list of global firms and overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- • You will consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales metrics across your global portfolio, while managing, preparing, and partnering effectively with senior executives both externally and internally to build executive trust and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
- • You will own complex project management by coordinating stakeholders and deliverables across global accounts to advance large-scale opportunities, leading compelling engagements through executive-level presentations and solution walkthroughs that resonate across diverse stakeholders.
- • You will coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver globally consistent yet locally relevant customer outcomes, develop playbooks by capturing learnings and best practices to refine enterprise and global sales processes, and represent Fieldguide globally at key industry conferences and networking events.
- • You will travel up to 30% expected, working remotely from the United Kingdom or Ireland while reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales, contributing to Fieldguide’s mission of establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automation of audit and assurance work.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive with a focus on net new logos and account management, including a proven track record exceeding quota and selling complex software solutions to key strategic accounts.
- • Prior experience working for and/or selling directly to audit, advisory, or assurance firms.
- • Strong executive presence and experience successfully selling to executives at large enterprise customers.
- • Skilled at orchestrating multi-regional sales efforts, balancing global strategy with local execution as a global strategist.
- • Able to manage complex, multi-threaded, highly technical sales processes involving stakeholders from executives to day-to-day product users.
- • Experience independently managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to close and coordinating the movement of multiple AEs.
