  • • As a Payment Business Development Manager at KissMyApps SAS, you will operate at the strategic intersection of finance, partnerships, and product, driving the expansion of the company’s payment infrastructure and forging high-impact relationships with acquiring banks and payment providers across key global markets including the US, EU, and LATAM. Your work will directly enable the scaling of 30+ AI-first products serving over 100 million users, ensuring seamless, reliable, and scalable payment experiences that support the company’s mission of rapid growth—currently achieving at least 3x year-over-year expansion.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, you will: identify and engage new payment partners and banks in target regions; lead negotiations to open new Merchant IDs (MIDs) with Tier-1 acquirers for both existing and upcoming products; maintain and strengthen relationships with current payment partners to safeguard business interests; collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and analytics teams to support the launch of new payment integrations; optimize payment flows and infrastructure for scalability and performance; take ownership of end-to-end partnership lifecycles, from initial outreach to contract execution and ongoing management; and contribute to internal knowledge sharing through speaking clubs and event participation.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global payment ecosystems, subscription-based digital business models, and enterprise-level partnership management; sharpen your negotiation and stakeholder alignment skills across technical, financial, and product teams; gain visibility into how payment infrastructure scales at a high-growth tech company; and build a track record of launching and optimizing payment flows that directly support product growth and user retention—positioning you for accelerated career advancement within a company that promotes from within based on impact and initiative.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in leading business negotiations and managing partner communications, particularly in financial or payment-related contexts.
  • • Advanced English proficiency (C1+ level) to effectively engage with international banks, payment providers, and cross-functional teams.
  • • Foundational understanding of how online web payments, acquiring, and payment infrastructure operate, including concepts like MID setup, payment gateways, and transaction flows.
  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your domain, driving initiatives forward without constant oversight.
  • • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously across product, technical, finance, and external partner teams.
