- ⢠The Behavioral Health Care Management Manager provides clinical and operational leadership for the behavioral health care management program within Included Healthās Care & Case Management (CCM) program, ensuring delivery of evidence-based, measurement-driven behavioral health care aligned with value-based care objectives and regulatory standards.
- ⢠Day to day, the role involves managing an interdisciplinary team of Behavioral Health Nurse Care Managers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Psychologists, overseeing quality, performance, and outcomes of behavioral health services in a virtual care environment.
- ⢠The team operates within Included Healthās Care & Case Management program, contributing to the companyās behavioral health strategy, specialty care pathways, and integrated medical-behavioral health model under the direction of the Clinical Director, Care & Case Management and Utilization Management.
- ⢠In this role, the individual can develop advanced leadership skills in virtual behavioral health care, drive performance improvement initiatives, influence integrated care models, and gain expertise in measurement-driven outcomes and value-based care implementation.

- ⢠Advanced practice or graduate-prepared nursing credential (NP or MSN)
