📋 Description
- • Behavioral Health Therapist (LMHC) providing remote teletherapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients in New York, supporting mental health care within a virtual primary care collaborative model.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, delivering evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining clinical documentation, managing a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly, and responding to urgent patient needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure in New York State
- • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- • Minimum 3,000 hours of post-Master’s supervised social work experience
- • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
- • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders
- • Strong crisis intervention and short-term counseling skills
