- • Own and drive the sales of health insurance solutions across Kota’s Platform (direct employer clients) and Embed (integrated partner) channels, targeting corporate client bases across the EEA, UK, and selected international markets.
- • Lead sales-focused campaigns designed to increase customer adoption, boost policy uptake, and meet ambitious revenue targets for health insurance products.
- • Act as the primary health insurance expert in client and partner conversations, ensuring seamless integration between sales, benefits design, and employer value propositions.
- • Collaborate with the Expansions team to research, evaluate, and onboard preferred health insurance providers in new and emerging markets, ensuring alignment with local regulatory and cultural requirements.
- • Adapt and refine health insurance offerings to meet market-specific demands, including regulatory compliance, pricing competitiveness, and benefit structure preferences across Ireland, the UK, and continental Europe.
- • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies for both new and existing markets, working directly with leadership to align sales initiatives with broader growth objectives.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for embed partners and their end-customers, managing expectations, timelines, and communications across complex multi-party relationships.
- • Coordinate with insurer and intermediary partners on pricing submissions, scheme design, commission structures, and contractual terms to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
- • Work closely with Customer Success, Benefits, Embed, Expansions, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing client experience for health insurance products.
- • Provide regulated health insurance advice to clients, leveraging APA in Health Insurance or General Insurance qualifications to ensure all communications comply with Central Bank of Ireland standards.
- • Ensure all sales activities, marketing materials, and client interactions meet Kota’s internal compliance standards and regulatory obligations.
- • Support governance reviews, insurer audits, and compliance checks related to health insurance sales processes and documentation.
- • Contribute to shaping the global playbook for health insurance sales at Kota, documenting best practices, scaling processes, and refining product positioning based on market feedback.
- • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to recommend enhancements to health insurance products and sales strategies.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of the health insurance landscape across key markets, including provider capabilities, benefit corridors, waiting periods, and claims processes.
- • Translate complex insurance terms and conditions into clear, compelling value propositions for employer clients and their employees.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Benefits, and Engineering teams to ensure health insurance features in the Kota Platform reflect market needs and regulatory realities.
- • Represent Kota at partner meetings, industry events, and client presentations as the designated health insurance subject matter expert.
- • Track, report, and optimize key sales metrics including conversion rates, policy uptake, average premium per policy, and partnership-driven revenue growth.
- • Identify and escalate roadblocks in the sales cycle or product delivery to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, agreements, and insurer communications within company systems.
