  • • Deel is seeking a meticulous and proactive Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic global team, focusing on the LATAM region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and expansion of our comprehensive benefits programs. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day execution of benefit launches, renewals, and ongoing administration, working in close collaboration with the Benefits team and external vendors. This is a hands-on position that demands a high level of accuracy, organizational prowess, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and globally distributed work environment.   • • Your core responsibilities will include supporting the end-to-end benefit launch process. This involves meticulously preparing, populating, and tracking benefits templates, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with vendor agreements and Deel's standards. You will be the guardian of our benefits data, maintaining and updating the benefits Jira tracker, creating new tickets, and diligently logging progress across all launch milestones. This ensures transparency and efficient project management.
  • • A significant part of your role will be coordinating the collection of essential documentation from our diverse range of vendors. You will be responsible for identifying and flagging any incomplete or outstanding items to the Benefits Manager, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is secured in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will actively participate in Quality Assurance (QA) checks prior to any benefit launch. This includes rigorously verifying benefit configurations within the Deel Admin platform and meticulously reviewing enrollment data to confirm its accuracy and integrity.
  • • You will play a key role in preparing enrollment bulk upload files using Looker. This requires applying the correct filters to segment data accurately and removing any duplicate records before submission to the Engineering team. Your attention to detail here is critical for successful enrollment processing. Additionally, you will support the ingest ETL file creation process, ensuring that all templates are prepared and ready well in advance of critical payroll cutoff dates, thereby preventing any disruptions to employee payments.
  • • Post-launch, your responsibilities extend to supporting crucial tasks such as invoice reconciliation, ingest validation, and comprehensive enrollment checks. You will also be tasked with tracking upcoming renewal dates for all benefits programs and supporting the timely initiation of the renewal process, ensuring continuity of coverage for our employees. This includes assisting with the preparation of renewal documentation, rate sheets, and vendor-facing materials, all under the guidance of the Benefits Manager and the Broker team.
  • • Maintaining up-to-date internal documentation is vital. You will update CKB articles, snapshots, and the GSC tracker with new rates and plan details, ensuring that our internal knowledge base is always current and accurate. You will also support configuration updates in the EOR Benefits Configurator, which involves uploading client and employee snapshots and updating the invoice increase percentage as needed.
  • • To enhance employee experience and internal efficiency, you will help prepare client and employee communications using AI drafting tools, adhering strictly to established templates and processes. You will also assist in creating and managing surveys for client selection during open enrollment periods, gathering crucial feedback and data. Monitoring and tracking the progress of continuous compliance tickets will be another key area, where you will flag any outstanding items to the Benefits Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • • Post-renewal, you will again support tasks like invoice reconciliation, ingest validation, and enrollment checks, ensuring a smooth transition. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across all shared drives, Jira, and internal trackers is a fundamental aspect of this role, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. You will also be the first point of contact for standard employee and internal queries related to benefits, escalating more complex issues to the Benefits Manager when necessary.
  • • To empower our Sales and Customer Success teams, you will support the preparation of talk tracks and enablement materials. Furthermore, you will assist in coordinating efforts across various internal teams, including GSC, PRM, Knowledge, Finance, and Engineering, as directed, fostering a collaborative and efficient workflow. Contributing to lessons learned documentation following each launch or renewal cycle will help us continuously improve our processes. Finally, you will test our AI chatbot to verify that benefit information is captured correctly post-launch and post-renewal, ensuring the accuracy of our automated support systems.
