  • • As a Benefits Administrator at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will lead the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of U.S. employee benefits programs, including 401(k) retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, leave programs, and vendor partnerships, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s Employer of Record (EOR) model across a distributed, multi-state workforce.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing end-to-end 401(k) plan administration (eligibility, enrollments, contributions, distributions, compliance testing), overseeing U.S. health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, COBRA, leave), administering open enrollment, ensuring accurate payroll deductions and vendor payments, maintaining HRIS data, and serving as the primary liaison with external vendors such as brokers, carriers, TPAs, and recordkeepers.
  • • You will operate within Pebl’s Global Work Platform™, a company that enables businesses to hire, pay, and manage employees in 185+ countries by removing compliance complexity and enabling scalable global growth, backed by over a decade of expertise in international employment law and local market knowledge.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor regulations, gain experience managing benefits in a high-growth EOR environment, develop stakeholder management skills across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external partners, and contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, accuracy, and employee experience in benefits delivery.
