  • • As a Benefits Analyst at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the administration and delivery of health, wellness, and retirement programs that directly impact employee well-being and organizational success. Your work ensures that employees receive accurate, timely, and compassionate support with their benefits, contributing to a culture where people feel valued and empowered to thrive—both personally and professionally.
  • • You will independently manage the day-to-day administration of core benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), maintaining data integrity across HRIS platforms and ensuring seamless employee experiences. You will partner with Unum to administer end-to-end leave of absence processes—including FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, and company programs—ensuring compliance, accurate tracking, and empathetic support during significant life events. Your role includes resolving routine benefit issues with urgency and empathy, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees seeking clarity on their total rewards.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration of benefits data across systems. As a key liaison with external vendors, you will monitor service quality, resolve discrepancies, and help drive continuous improvement in benefits delivery. You will support the Benefits Manager in analyzing program utilization and cost trends, contributing insights that inform annual renewals, open enrollment strategies, and competitive benchmarking as the company expands globally.
  • • You will assist the People team in workforce planning by providing data-driven insights on benefit usage and employee needs, helping to shape future team size and structure. Through clear communication and accessible resources, you will help employees understand the full value of their benefits package, fostering appreciation and engagement. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in benefits administration while contributing to a mission-driven organization that prioritizes holistic health, equity, and innovation in employee care.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced proficiency in benefits compliance, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across industries. You will gain hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Paylocity or Workday, strengthen your analytical capabilities in Excel/Google Sheets, and build expertise in navigating complex regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and state leave laws. You will also refine your communication and problem-solving abilities by translating technical benefit information into clear, actionable guidance for diverse employee audiences.
  • • Over time, you will be positioned to take on greater responsibility in benefits strategy, program design, or total rewards leadership, particularly as Hims & Hers continues to scale its global footprint and innovate on personalized health solutions. This role offers a unique vantage point into how thoughtful benefits design supports employee resilience, productivity, and belonging—making it an ideal foundation for a long-term career in HR, People Operations, or total rewards management within a purpose-driven, fast-growing healthcare technology company.
