📋 Description

• • The Benefits Analyst at Sharecare provides transactional, administrative, and technical support to maintain benefits and payroll data in the HRIS, acting as a subject matter expert for HR Business Partners, managers, and colleagues while supporting the implementation and administration of employee benefit programs.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include advising colleagues on benefits-related issues such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSAs, HSAs, short- and long-term disability, and 401k plans; administering new hire enrollments, life event changes, eligibility, and deductions; serving as a liaison with benefit vendors; managing the tuition reimbursement process; administering Leave of Absence processes including FMLA and disability programs; conducting weekly and monthly audits of enrollment reports; completing monthly billing and invoicing for benefit vendors; and maintaining benefits cash tracker and budget comparisons for leadership.
