📋 Description
- • As a Benefits Operations Analyst at Kota Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s benefits delivery infrastructure during a period of rapid growth in 2026, directly enabling tens of thousands of employees across Europe to access seamless, modern insurance and retirement benefits through Kota’s integrated platform.
- • You will ensure the accurate and timely administration of benefit schemes from onboarding to renewal, acting as a critical link between employers, employees, insurance providers, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and customer trust in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
- • Handle new business administration by setting up employer schemes, coordinating application processing between stakeholders, and updating CRM and internal systems to ensure data integrity and compliance from day one.
- • Support scheme renewals by collaborating with employers and insurers, partnering with Customer Success to refine workflows, and driving process improvements that enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- • Own policy event administration, including managing joiners, leavers, dependent changes, cancellations, and amendments, while ensuring timely coordination across internal teams and external providers.
- • Serve as the first point of contact for benefit and policy-related inquiries, investigating issues, resolving customer concerns, escalating to insurers when needed, and maintaining detailed, accurate documentation to support continuous improvement.
- • Monitor and track recurring issues to identify trends, contribute to process optimization efforts, and help elevate service quality across the benefits lifecycle.
