📋 Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver benefits operations initiatives across global markets
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable benefits processes and workflows to support Pebl’s AI-powered Global Work Platform™
  • Optimize operational procedures to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure compliance in benefits administration
  • Lead by example in upholding operational and customer-focused standards across all benefits-related activities
  • Support the execution of day-to-day benefits operations and resolve system or process-related issues promptly
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of benefits programs tailored to international employee populations
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits data through systematic review and quality control measures
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose actionable improvements to enhance team performance
  • Maintain clear documentation of all benefits processes and operational protocols for continuity and training purposes
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align benefits operations with business objectives
  • Apply a customer-centric mindset when addressing internal stakeholder needs, including employees and regional HR teams
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment with evolving compliance requirements
  • Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to analyze, report on, and manage benefits data with precision and attention to detail
  • Participate in cross-border operational projects to standardize benefits practices across Pebl’s 185+ country footprint
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks by initiating improvements without prompting and following through to completion
  • Seek feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and usability of benefits operations
  • Prioritize competing demands effectively, resolving common issues with minimal supervision and escalating complex matters appropriately
  • Uphold Pebl’s values of accountability, innovation, and global collaboration in all aspects of benefits administration

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in benefits operations or administration
  • Proficiency with benefits systems or operational tools, including Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer mindset
  • Demonstrated ownership & initiative in managing workload and improving execution
