- • As a Benefits Specialist (Contractor) at Birch Finance Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the seamless administration of employee benefit programs during a transition to a new benefits administrator, ensuring employees receive accurate, timely support for their health, welfare, leave, and retirement needs.
- • Day to day, you will administer daily benefits operations including enrollments, separations, life events, dependent verification, and benefit changes; maintain and update employee benefits records across HR and benefits systems with high accuracy; serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions; and process leave requests such as FMLA and short-term disability while ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- • You will be part of the HR team at Birch Finance Inc., collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, and external partners including third-party administrators and brokers to ensure benefits are administered accurately and efficiently during a period of organizational transition.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in benefits administration, strengthen your ability to manage complex employee data systems, and develop advanced communication and organizational skills while contributing to a smooth transition that impacts employee well-being and satisfaction.
